Administrative/Professional

Administrative Assistant - Full time and part time. Duties include busy phones, appointment setting, mail room and data entry. Must have one year prior administrative assistant experience. Handle multi line phone system, typing speed of at least 55 wpm. Microsoft Office, Word and Excel exp. a plus. $8 - $10 per hour.

Data Processing

Data Entry - Accuracy, 10,000+ kph in Alphanumeric, 9,000 - 11,000 kph in Numeric. Must be able to enter information into computers following the proper procedures. Exp. with Excel and Access
a plus. 1st and 2nd shift.

Customer Service

Telefundraiser - National organization. Strong telephone skills and work history. 9 - 5 pm. $9/hr.

Bookkeeping/Accounting/Financial

Controller - executive / Senior Accountant - Identify records and communicate economic events. Set up accounting system, supervise the work of the bookkeeper, primary oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Cash, Inventory and General Accounting. Responsible for management grants and grant reporting, prep financial statements, budget and tax reports, review balance sheet and income statements, bank reconciliations. Assisting auditors by providing supporting documents and other related materials. Bachelors degree required as well as experience in the field. $40,000.00 per year.

Industrial/Manufacturing

General Labor- Experience with air and power tools preferred. Must be physically fit and able to lift 50-100 lbs. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, Over Time, $9.00 to $10.00 per hour. Located in Lansing and the surrounding areas.

Professional

Supervisor

Local Manufacturer seeks a 1st or 2nd shift supervisor. Trial-Hire position. Must have prior Supervision or Team Lead experience, computer skills, Overhead Crane and Fork Lift experience. Monitor daily time slips. This is a working position. Prior Heat Treat or Metal Fabrication desired. Medical, Dental and 401k offered after probationary period, $12 to $13 per hour.

Customer Service and Sales Manager

Team-builder, Service-oriented, Multitasking, Accurate, Motivational - determine work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites work flow. Assists with interviewing and hiring, trains customer service representatives, appraises performance, reward and discipline, addresses complaints and resolves problems, monitor calls, performance reports.

Associates Degree from college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and or training. Must be able to compute rate, ration and percent, figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and proportions and percentages.

Management of Residential Drivers

Provide instruction and direction to drivers, review driver and truck needs to ensure all routes are filled each day, schedule and report on truck performance and route productivity, review and revise driver schedules to increase efficiency and lower cost, evaluate productivity of all drivers each week, assist with investigations into causes of accidents and teak part in safety review board, manage time tracking for all drivers, track inventory of carts and parts, stay abreast of competition and of industry advancements in products and services to make recommendations.

Interviewing, hiring, training planning, assigning and directing work and employees.

Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school and at least two years of supervisory experience. Write brief reports, business correspondence and procedures. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and general public.

CDL-B with air brake certification with less than 5 points.

Community Relations Coordinator

Assists in the development, coordination and directions of public relations activities by performing the following - keeping public informed of programs, accomplishments and point of view, prep and distribute fact sheets, new releases, photographs, video or tape recordings to media representatives, arranges interview between company executives and press, radio and television reps, promote goodwill by prepping letters and articles which are to be made public. Organize print, direct mail and electronic outlets, research, advertising budget, plan and implement trade shows, product shows, displays and exhibits, new marking research design, public surveys.

Degree from college or university (public relations, marketing or community relations preferred, two years of related experience

Legal Secretary - Must have 2+ years of Litigation experience and bankruptcy experience, 70wpm.

Medical/Dental

Physical Therapist - Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy approved and registered by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Bachelors degree; Masters degree preferred. Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice. $65k to $85k plus bonus depending on experience. Michigan openings in Lansing, Coldwater, Saline and Battle Creek. Physical Therapist - Minimum experience, current Michigan Licensure/Certification 2 years clerical experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational skills. BI experience is a plus. Brain injury experience is a plus. Excellent benefits, salary negotiable.

Clinic Director - Graduate of accredited program in physical/occupational/speech therapy. Licensed or eligible in state of practice. Three or more years of experience as a practicing therapist with knowledge of what is required to run a successful clinic. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Clinical skills acquired through study and practice suitable for the clinic setting, management skills sufficient to operate a successful clinic, highly developed communication and customer relation skills. $80k plus bonuses depending on clinic performances. Engineering

Mechanical - BSME degree. 2+ years exp.

Tool Room Supervisor -

1. Supervision of CNC mill machine operators and machinists.
2. Scheduling, setting objectives and meeting production standards within the framework of policy
3. Guidelines on the midnight shift.
4. Administering and executing training of machine operators, machinists
5. Reading supervisor updates, memos, and safety bulletins as well as complex drawings, blueprints, specifications, bills of material, and various technical materials needed to ensure the department's compliance with company, plant, and production goals.

Direct hire. Benefits: full medical for individual w/low co-pays after 90 days. $30K base salary + up to 10% commission of the total sale.
