I often don’t have the time to spend to properly screen prospective employees and needed someone to do this. Personnel World has a good grasp on whom would be a good fit for the position I needed to fill. Personnel World does a very good job pre-screening people and sending me qualified people with the right skills for the job. Personnel World saves me time and money in training by sending me the right person for the job requirements.
